GoodForever is run by Louise Goodridge, a fitness instructor with a difference. Having been on a weight loss journey starting in her 40's and inspiring others to follow in her footsteps she decided to become a fitness instructor working with people in a similar age bracket wanting to start a healthier lifestyle.
After completing 5 marathons arthritis stopped Louise in her tracks until she found her new love, Boogie Bounce. This put her on a new road to fitness and health without compromising her joints. Her bright pink hair makes her quite recognisable and you will see her in some of the Boogie Bounce promotional videos.
Louise ran several successful Boogie Bounce areas and used social media to fill her classes, learning what worked and what didn't to get the customers in. As the daughter of a graphic designer and soft toy creator, Louise has inherited creative genes and she uses these to create fun and engaging social media posts, videos and animations.
When Covid hit and other fitness instructors were struggling with how to keep their customers engaged, running online classes from home and keeping their businesses afloat, Louise and her husband Gary were there with helpful advice, done-for-you services, technical services and video creation to keep fellow fitness instructors in the public eye and ready for when the world came back to the new normal.
GoodForever expanded during this time into creating Business Mobile Apps so health, wellness and fitness small business could be in the pocket or handbag of their ideal client. It continues to help those businesses as technology increases to become a major part of our lives.
